For your convenience Elizabeth is available to prepare your meals at her kitchen and bring the food to you with detailed reheating and plating instructions.
These services are favorable to clients with busy lifestyles, who prefer their fridge to be stocked for a couple of days in advance.
Menu Planning - Diet Consultation
Do you want to eat healthier, find a farm to table diet, lose or gain weight, have allergies or dealing with a medical condition? Chef Elizabeth will take care of your meal planning. Working closely with local farmers and outstanding nutritionists she will create menus for your needs.
Chef Elizabeth has experience working with pregnant and postpartum people, patients going through cancer related treatments, actors and athletes who need to lose or gain weight quickly and numerous clients with mild to severe allergy symptoms.
